Tantra has become known as complicated esoteric thought and physical gymnastics. Technique is great and certainly contributes to a rich experience of life, but the essential truth of Tantra is much more simple, much more direct, and even easily available to us in each moment.
Tantra is falling in love with every molecule and experience of life and that includes falling absolutely in love with yourself. Every formerly ordinary moment of existence becomes an erotic, sensual adventure of being present here in the body.
In Tantra, the most spiritual path of all is engaging fully with the world around us. This celebration of yourself and your surroundings is a profound process that can restore happiness to families, couples, and to every aspect of your life experience.

What is a Sacred Intimate?
If you've broken something, you can see a doctor.
If your psyche hurts, you can visit a psychologist.
If you're sexually needy, you can find release with an escort.
If you need career help, you can get inspired by a life coach.
If your muscles hurt, you can get a massage.
But what do you do if you feel all alone and you are starved for connection and intimacy? What if you just need to be held? What if you need to fulfill the basic human need for touch? What if you don't even know it, but you just need someone to stroke your brow, look in your eyes, and tell you they love you?
As a Sacred Intimate, I can give you all those things, and more. My intention is to bring you fully into your body, into your Self, into your spirit through breath, presence, sound, and deep witnessing. I consciously bring soul, and deeply enjoyable, mindful presence into transformational work that reintegrates spirituality and embodiment. The very foundation of the work is the complete opposite of the ascetic culture we've all grown up in.
Many Sacred Intimates, myself included, live this path in service to the Divine Feminine that is now unfolding and returning in our times. The Divine Feminine embraces all the joys the body has to offer. In this model, sacred embodiment is a radical approach to life that sees the sensual experience as good and worthy of honor.
The body itself is holy.
Desire is holy.
Good feelings and love are holy.
Enjoying beauty, wonder, awe, and connection is holy.
And ecstasy is a direct connection to the Divine.
Rather than push away desire, it is practiced as a sacred expression of the self. The difference is mindfulness and presence. Desire is interpreted as a true communication of soul, and experiencing the somatic gifts included on this journey is a treasured aspect of a normal, vibrant life.
Part of health is cultivating the nourishing joy and happiness that fun and pleasure can bring. With a radically balanced view of just how pleasurable this life is, it is not considered a luxury or a sin to embrace the sensual experience in all its vastness. Taking real pleasure in being alive is how a truly rich life is lived.
Joy is in the simple, little moments drawn out tenderly into exquisite ecstasy.
The path of the Sacred Intimate is front line work. It's literally on the leading edge of our culture as we break free of the chains we've been restricted by for far too long. Life gets delicious as we embrace the holiness of our physical existence, and intentionally wield our personal power. This path is one of embracing life fully and expanding our joy in every way.
Deep intimacy is connecting as the brilliant sparks of divinity that we are. It is seeing into another's soul as the embodiment of god or goddess. It is gently loving the soft, tender places, and unfurling our wings so we can fly together. It is a profound experience of touching souls, of touching God, of surrendering to the joy of being alive.
